Guest access
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home, outdoor spaces, and private hot tub. The cabin is set back with a shared driveway and dedicated parking for your stay.

Shared parking is available with space for up to 2 vehicles.
Occupancy
Maximum of 4 guests. The number of guests on the property must match the number listed on your reservation. Unregistered guests are not permitted and may result in termination of the rental agreement.

Events, parties, and loud noise are not permitted.
Smoking

Pet Rules
We charge a pet fee of $50 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets depending on size.
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs that are properly groomed and fully potty trained. If your dog tends to bark excessively, we kindly ask that they are not left unattended at any time during your stay.
Due to the red rock dirt and pet dander, pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds.
Important note: Please clean up after your furry friend. If our cleaning team needs to remove pet waste, a $50 fee will apply.
If you’re comfortable with these guidelines, we would love to host your furry companion.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and follow all local dark sky and noise ordinances. Outdoor lighting and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
