This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home is well-equipped for a 5-star stay in a very popular area at Lake Eufaula. The hosts are easily accessible and always want to provide a wonderful experience. With resort-style amenities included, the kids won't ever want to leave.

The space
Abbey Road Retreat is a spacious two-story property equipped with a laundry room, half bath, Chef's kitchen, living area, dining nook with coffee bar, formal dining area, and primary suite on the first floor. There is a screened-in patio with a fireplace accessible from the first floor dining area, or from the backyard.

On the second floor you will find 4 guest bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. One guest bedroom has 6 built-in bunks, and another has a private balcony.

This home sits on Walk In The Woods Lane next to a peaceful, wooded area of the community. Seeing deer and other wildlife is not uncommon.

Wrap up your evening in the private fenced backyard around the fire pit under the string lights!

Guest access
Covered parking is at the back of the home. Extra cars may be parked along Park St in town or near The Meeting House. There is much within walking distance, and golf carts can also be rented. (See the Guidebook for information)

Other things to note
Your CL Stay includes the community amenities at no extra charge. 3 Pools + hot tub, sand beach access, playgrounds, sand volleyball, basketball, tennis court/pickleball court, nature trails and more!

*CL is a growing community so you can expect to hear and see construction crews around the neighborhood. We also like to remind all guests that this is a lake community - nature and wildlife are present so be on the lookout and prepare. (Deer, rabbits, mice, snakes, all types of bugs, etc.)

Neighborhood highlights

Carlton Landing is a master developed lake community designed after Seaside, Florida. There is much to do in any season with multiple parks, playgrounds, and green spaces. There are miles of exploring, hiking, and walking. The swimming pools (not heated) and sandy beach access will help to keep you cool in the hot summer, and we can't forget the large hot tub (open year round!) - all are within walking distance. Food trucks frequent the area around the community coffee house and wood-fired pizza shop!
