Nestled by a spring-fed pond and surrounded by nature, enjoy privacy, comfort, and entertainment galore, from a fully loaded game room to a relaxing hot tub and pond access.

• Primary Bedroom Suite (1st Floor, 1 King bed): With a private full bathroom and a sofa area to unwind, this suite captures the rustic farmhouse vibe and features a coffee bar to start the day right.
• Second Bedroom (1st Floor, 1 Full bed): Feel the drama with the built-in shelving with decor to invite your curiosity.
• Third Bedroom (1st Floor, 1 Full bed): A cozy and rustic bedroom.

• Internet is HughesNet satellite. It is fine for browsing and messages, and slows down when many devices stream at once.
• A car is needed here. Rideshare and food delivery to this address are not confirmed, so plan to pick up.

In Elkton, about 15 minutes away, you'll find Food Lion for groceries, Nutt's About Coffee (closed Monday and Tuesday) and Elkton Brewing Company. The Thunderbird Cafe in McGaheysville serves home-cooked breakfast and lunch, and Brix & Columns Vineyards has a tasting room with mountain views, each about 15 minutes away. Massanutten Resort's indoor WaterPark sells day passes to the public, and Shenandoah National Park's Swift Run Gap entrance is on US-33 just east of Elkton.
