The space
Welcome to your bright, 55m² first-floor beachfront retreat, perfectly designed for up to four guests. The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and thoughtfully appointed to feel like your home away from home.

- Living Area: Unwind on the modern sofa after a day in the sun and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

- Bedrooms: The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, closet storage, and blackout shutters for a peaceful night's sleep.

- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to craft everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. It includes a Teka gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and wine glasses.

- Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends to our beachfront apartment!

- Parking: Free and secure parking is available for one vehicle inside the gated Flor del Mar complex.

Included Amenities: Your stay includes all linens, fresh bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron, a starter set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), and a drinking water jug.

- Family-Friendly: A Pack ’n Play/travel crib and a folding high chair are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you require them.

- Safety Features: For your peace of mind, the apartment is equipped with a safe for valuables, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit.

⚠️ Seasonal Seaweed (Sargassum): Please be aware that from approximately June to September, the coastline may experience Sargassum seaweed. This is a natural phenomenon, and its presence can vary daily. While the complex staff works to keep the beach clean, its accumulation is beyond our control.

⚠️ Electricity Policy: Electricity is included in your stay. To promote responsible energy use, we monitor consumption. In the rare case that usage exceeds the generous daily allowance, an additional charge may apply. This policy helps us remain eco-friendly.

The Neighborhood has a well-developed infrastructure. In walking distance there are supermarkets, fruit shops, exchange office, pharmacy, cafes, bars and restaurants.

In 20 minutes drive you can find Macao Beach with amazing nature, breathtaking surfing and freshest from the ocean lobsters cooking on the grill.
