We live upstairs in the main house, which is a two story brick townhome built in 1904. We might see each other as we come and go, but that's it. Of course we'll be easily accessible by phone and happy to answer questions or help with anything you might need.
Capitol Hill is Denver's most vibrant and densely populated urban neighborhood. We live two blocks off of Colfax, providing you excellent access to restaurants, nightlife, and the 15 Bus which will take you straight downtown if you don't care to walk.
Also nearby is the Ogden Theater (2 blocks), Whole Foods (2 blocks), Cheesman Park (4 blocks), Hugo's Colorado Beer & Spirits (2 blocks), and King Soopers/Starbucks (4 Blocks). Downtown is just a short 15 minute walk down 14th Street.
There are six bus routes within 2 blocks of the house, including the 15 (Colfax) 12 (Downing), 10 (E. 12th Ave).
NOTES ON NOISE:
We are very quiet and respectful, but unfortunately cannot eliminate everyday noise from upstairs such a walking, television, etc. We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Additionally, we are on a major thoroughfare that connects Colfax to Washington Park. You will definitely hear street noise and the occasional fire truck. If you aren't used to city noise, or need absolute quiet for your stay, our place definitely isn't for you.

Everything was wonderful about my stay here! I was new to Denver and stayed for a month until I was able to find more permanent housing. When I first arrived, I was welcomed by a card and fresh flowers. Everything was clean, adorable, and cozy, and I had no problems the entire time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
This is a cute unit in a decent part of south Denver. The owners couldn't possibly have been kinder or easier to work with. My only negative on my experience is the ceiling height of the unit is a bit low in some areas. (I'm 6'3" so kinda tall)
What a great first experience on Airbnb. Meghan and Preston's apartment was perfect for a long term stay in Denver- a central location and the parking was a huge perk. Having a washer and dryer and reliable internet was a treat for a rental, as well as the fully stocked kitchen and linen closet. The apartment was super clean and Meghan responded almost immediately to any texts or phone calls. She also provided some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do in Denver! The little note and chocolate bar she left for us was a sweet touch. I would highly recommend this great apartment and look forward to coming back. Thanks to Meghan and Preston for making my first rental on Airbnb a huge success :)
Meghan and Preston were very welcoming, helpful, discreet hosts and very prompt with communications. Their apartment was as described, was very clean, plenty of linen and a well stocked kitchen. We found the apartment and immediate neighbourhood fairly quiet, that is, we were not disturbed by noise.
It was very conveniently located for a city stay. Wifi worked well.
We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this apartment.
Meghan & Preston were perfect hosts they were more than accommodating with everything. Their place is adorable and will have anything & everything that you would need. It is walking distance restaurants, bars, & grocery store. There is also B-cycle a few blocks from their place and great to use around the city, used often in my stay. If you are looking for somewhere this is the place!
