I needed a place for a couple of my family and friends to stay, for my graduation weekend. I was not sure how many people exactly would be attending because all of my family and friends live in other states. However, Baxter was very helpful with arranging extra areas for us to sleep incase they would surprise me. Sure enough 2 of my friends did come to charlotte to surprise me on my graduation day and my Aunt loved the house! My only problem was I did not get to check into the house until 3 pm and needed to be at my ceremony at 5:00 pm for pictures and seating arrangements, etc. Overall, the house is in a PERFECT location, neighbors were so pleasant, and Baxter was helpful.
Baxter is a great host! The house is located in a quiet and green neighborhood with nice restaurants (go to “Crisp Food” at the corner) and cafés (do not miss “Sunflour Baking Company”) within a few minutes walking distance. The room was perfect – we loved the interior of the house. Breakfast was delicious and throughout our stay Baxter took great care of us. But first and foremost we loved the long talks, the campfire with Baxter and her friends and the peaceful atmosphere – this all contributed to a truly memorable stay at Baxter’s home. Thank you so much!
Baxter has a rad house in a very happening area. She exceeded my expectations of my first AirBnB experience by being an accommodating host, having great communication, and hanging out and being social with us. Thanks a bunch Baxter!!!
Baxter is a great hostess and a wonderful cook. I definitely enjoyed her delicious breakfasts.
great host. awesome person. very flexible. very pleasant stay. cannot thank baxter enough!
I found Baxter's listing at the last minute and I'm so glad I did! She was a great host, with a house that was perfectly located near everything! We only stayed one night but, if we were able to stay another night, we definitely would've taken advantage of the short walking distance to all the funky shops and bars Elizabeth has to offer. We didn't get the chance to meet until the morning we were leaving but she was a fantastic host and had a delicious breakfast cooked for us. And, even though we had just met, it was liking staying at a friend's house. Thank you Baxter! We had a great time!
