Guests will receive the instructions for their stay a few days before their arrival.
Guests have access to the whole property, except for the owners closet, the outside elevator, and the garage.
Other things to note
- Sea Isle Pool Access: Amenities Pass required—$100 for up to 10 guests, valid 1 week. Pick up at Sea Isle office. Pool open daily 10am–8pm, Memorial Day–Labor Day (weather permitting).
- Pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted, with each dog weighing 50 lbs or less. Dogs must not be left unattended at the property at any time and must be kept on a leash while in the neighborhood. Please note that the yard is not fully fenced.
- The ground level includes the driveway, garage (limited to owner use only), and tiki bar. The main living spaces and bedrooms are located on the second floor.
- We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance if they are concerned about the possibility of cancelling their stay for any reason. We are unable to act as your insurance agent in case you need to cancel your stay, and we will honor our cancellation policy.
- Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking.
-The owner’s boat is kept at the boat ramp by the house at all times. If you bring or rent a boat during your stay, you’re welcome to tie it to the dock at the front or behind the existing boat. If you have a larger boat that requires additional space, we may be able to arrange accommodations with our neighbors—please let us know in advance.
