The space
Booked as a whole, the entire Vibrant Victorian is yours — a colorful, light-filled Queen Anne home in the heart of the Mission, a short walk from Dolores Park. The house sleeps up to eight across four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, with no host living on site during your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, and a full set of cookware, serveware, and tableware. The living room has a 40" HDTV with Chromecast plus exercise weights and yoga mats, and there's a dedicated workspace and in-unit laundry. Outside, enjoy the shared garden with a fire pit, patio seating, and a BBQ.

Each bedroom has a smart-lock door for privacy, and you're steps from Valencia Street's shops, restaurants, and cafes, with easy transit to the rest of San Francisco.

Guests booking the whole home have private use of the house — the guest bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry room — secured by personalized smart-lock codes valid during the stay. Two rooms are not part of the guest space and are kept locked: the Office on the first floor and the owner's private dressing room on the second floor. The garden, with its fire pit, patio seating, and BBQ, is shared in common with the building. No host lives on site during a whole-home stay.
