Rustic Montana Getaway! Escape to a cozy log cabin retreat just minutes from Lake Sophie, Lake Tetrault and Lake Koocanusa. Perfect for romantic getaways, outdoor adventure or a peaceful retreat! The cabin is situated close to Trapper’s Roost which serves great food and drinks and has a wedding venue. There is an outdoor sitting area (western/mountain man themed) or makes a great MT Photo Booth! On site porta potty, bottled water, and many amenities! All of the amenities of home away from home!

The space
One room cabin completely furnished with queen bed that sleeps two and futon bed that sleeps two comfortably. There is a queen blow up mattress with headboard that could be put in the middle of the cabin floor and sleep another two if needed. Full kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. Pampered Chef coffee maker and stocked with coffee, tea, cocoa, and smore making goodies. No running water so we keep it stocked with bottled water and jugs of water and a culligan type water bottle with clean fresh water and there is an outdoor shower house with hot and cold running water and a porta potty so definitely fits in with the Montana experience! The cabin sits on an acre and a half and is close to three lakes and a ton of recreational outdoor activities! Trappers Saloon, multiple golf courses, horse back riding, boating, hiking, dining, are all within minutes of the cabin and so is the Eureka Airport! The Old Red Barn for wine and charcuterie goodies is right down the road and a fine dining lodge. A large casino is opening up within the next month!

The entire one room
Cabin sits on a beautiful acre and a half for you to relax on and there is a beautiful bench on the back side of the property which is a nice spot to sit and read or there is a covered porch and outdoor patio down below the cabin which is the perfect spot for large groups to eat outside and the covered patio can be used as a sitting/reading area or an old fashioned Photo Booth as well and is decorated with a bull skull and wagon wheel! The property is easy access off the main highway.

Other things to note
There are instructions for the outdoor shower house and if you let the water run for just a minute to heat up that is best. Turn the propane on and back off when you leave. The propane bottle is in the shed behind the outdoor shower house! There are clean robes hanging in the cabin or bring your own!
