  • We booked last minute with Dream and she was very quick to get back to me and she was very helpful. The casita was very cute, private and and worked great for our two night stay. The neighborhood is definitely more University area, and not Nob Hill, but it was very nice. Well maintained and quiet area. My husband had a slight complaint about the shower, but nothing major at all. The cable wasn't working when we first arrived, but Dream was extremely helpful and attentive in getting someone over to take a look and fix it for us.

  • I loved Dream's casita! There were a few issues, but I'm sure that they flukes, and they will be remedied by the time I return... .because I WILL!. :) Thank you, Dream!

  • Great place! The casita is a delight. Kitchen is surprisingly well stocked and had everything we needed. The location is great and the patio is (website hidden) and Dream were very responsive when we struggled with the lockbox. Highly recommended.

  • The place was nice and had all the comforts needed, especially if you did not mind having initiative (like looking for the soap in the cabinet under the sink). The instructions we got via email for getting into the casita did not work initially, but things were solved in about 10 minutes after calling the number we were given - true, our arrival was late in the evening and the darkness did not help finding our way around. But, all was well in the end!

  • Dream was lovely and welcomed us at the casita. It was very clean and decorated just as described, in a modern asian theme. We only stayed overnight but I can see how this would be the perfect location to stay even longer as it is convienently located near Edo (East Downtown), the UNM area, and Nob Hill. So it's close to great dining locations, bars, movie theatre, and the freeway. It was a really wonderful little spot.

  • I needed a place that had two rooms for sleeping, one for me and one for my son, as well as having a place to relax and watch cartoons with my son at the end of the day. The second room in the casita has a leather couch that we pulled out and used as the 2nd bed, and this room also had the TV, so that worked out great.

This location is also great, right downtown near the University.

Dream, the host, was very helpful getting us setup when I arrived.

I definitely recommend this place very highly.

  • We stayed at Dream's Casita for a full month in winter after having a baby in Albuquerque and found it to be perfectly situated near UNM and the hospitals. The neighborhood is charming and quiet, with very little traffic considering its location, and there's a big park with a playground walking distance. Also, the casita was very cozy and nicely furnished, with everything we needed for our stay. It felt private since it sits behind the main house and we enjoyed the cute backyard as well. Dream made herself available to help us with the little extras, and when she wasn't available, she had a host on call for us. We really couldn't have been happier, and when we need a place in Albuquerque for future visits, we would definitely stay there again.

  • I decided to stay at the Casita during my recent trip to Albuquerque and I was not disappointed. It is in a great location near shopping and restaurants. It also has easy access to I-25 as well as a couple of the park and ride locations for the annual Balloon Fiesta.

Dream was out of town during our stay, but she provided accurate information before our trip to make sure that we had an easy time finding the place. While we were there, her husband Sterling, was a magnificent host.

If you are in Albuquerque, there is probably not a better place to stay than this.

  • I needed a quiet place to rest while supporting my elderly dad through a 12-day hospitalization. Dream's Casita was perfect. The hotels I'd been in just previously were way too corporate. Dream's place felt like I'd lived in it for a year ... modern enough to feel a little luxurious, but thankfully not as sterile as the hotels ... homey like. They provided off street parking (you're close to UNM so the parking is regulated) which was perfect for my 10 minute drive to the hospital.

The not so little studio is on a quiet tree lined street, behind their quaint home, and is a detached unit all by itself. It's roominess and amenities were perfect: double kitchen sink, plenty of utensils and beautiful plates, silverware, and cups that I could have had a small dinner party with. The Buddhist-Asian inspired art in the apartment felt grounded and loving. The big flat screen TV and cable a treat after a long day.

Dream was a gracious host and I'd stay there again in a second.
