The space
Good size bedroom, bathroom with a hot shower, sink, bidet and toilet, although shared, is constantly kept clean. Guests also have access to the kitchen to cook, the living room and the sun room. Please use the kitchen, common area, sun room for breakfast or leisure.
Walking distance to city center, to all the nice restaurants and local caffe.

Late check in is 👍🆗 at no extra charge. Apartment is the TOP 4th floor + without elevator. Unfortunately , there is no wheel chair access.

CAR PARKING is not private, though there is always plenty of parking with the neighbors cars, as our road is 100 meters from the main road.

Many furniture pieces have been reclaimed such as the artwork from our Sunday market in the Ballaro neighborhood. This apartment is also equipped with fans and living room AC, and of course fresh linens are provided, everything you need!
Only ⚡ electric stove for the cooks. Free coffee and tea. Any help, just ask.
