Formerly the village Sunday School, this impressive property has been thoughtfully renovated offering stylish living space and idyllic river views.

Unusually spacious for Polruan, Sunday Cottage benefits from open-plan living, a wood-burning stove, deVOL kitchen and private parking, all within moments of the quay and village hub.

Dog-friendly and set directly on the South West Coast Path, Sunday Cottage is ideally positioned for exploring Cornwall’s stunning coastline & picturesque harbours.

The space
Sunday Cottage is a reverse level property; making the most of the views, vaulted ceiling and generous open-plan living space.

The master bedroom has striped designer wallpaper, a fitted wardrobe and Emma premium pro kingsize mattress, wood flooring & shutters. Bedroom two has a scandi feel to it, with neutral interiors, the same mattress in European kingsize & a chest of drawers. The third bedroom features a small double with Emma mattress & bespoke bunkbeds for little ones.

The bathrooms have been fully renovated (we also changed the boiler so the water is always very hot & plentiful), both have drench showers, heated towel rails, wood panelling and traditional fixtures & fittings.

We’ve just fitted an Argentinian bbq, Ooni pizza oven and outdoor bar fridge. We also have a hot outdoor shower for rising off post swim and Kettler garden furniture for outdoor dining.

Guest access
The guests can use the whole house and garden.

Other things to note
We have a Sage coffee machine, Samsung Frame TV, Duailt appliances & a Smeg fridge and oven.

There’s a large selection of games, puzzles, books & binoculars for adults & children.
