I am an inveterate collector of antiques and unique old barn finds. As a self-taught designer, I love to create structures, furniture, and what have you, from my years of collecting. When I retired, I designed and built my farm on the Dutch Neck peninsula located in mid-coast Maine where I host guests. It is a group of 1850's hand-hewn post and beam barns and sheds, one of which is my home. Adding a yurt and two safari tents I also designed a small quiet oasis in the woods on my property where one can go glamping – camping with style, and yet have access to all there is to see and do nearby in this beautiful part of the world. Finally, I am now making a private preserve where guests can walk through deep evergreen woods or kayak from the shores of a hidden cove and paddle to the sea. Come join us!
