San Felice Circeo is a very sought out small town and tourist destination surrounded by unspoilt beaches and the Circeo National Park in a peaceful area 100 km South of Rome. It is only 10mins driving distance from Sabaudia's 30km-long beaches , coastal dunes and crystal clear waters. It is surrounded by the beautiful Monte Circeo, a 541 metros high (1,775 ft) promontory, covered with the rare, ancient macchia, a mix of vegetation typical of the Mediterranean coast.
San Felice Circeo is also close to famous historic sites such as the medieval Fossanova Abbey, a Cistercian monastery, the Grotte of Tiberio in Sperlonga and the medieval Sermoneta town and castle.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, large dining room, fireplace, 2 bathrooms, terrace, veranda , garden. The house has outdoor parking in the patio which holds up to two cars. The house is also equipped with tv/dvd. Telephone and wifi access are on demand as are cleaning services and linens/towels. A gardner usually comes three times a week to water the plants in the summer, once a week in the winter.

The house is not isolated, it is located in a residential and safe neighbourhood and in a quiet, no outlet, one-way road just off the lungomare.
Guests will need a car in San Felice Circeo to fully enjoy the diversity and richness of the place. The weather is at its bests from April to October.
