The placed was as described. The lady we found home was very welcoming. They do give detailed guidance and instructions a day prior to your travel and that was very helpful. The place is silent and it feels very safe. We would return late at night and we would really feel safe. The key-less entrance door was awesome and it is a good idea. That place is close to downtown and #4 bus is just 3 minutes away. So its close to most of the fun places. I would recommend anyone to Bunmi and Drew's house and any time I return to Chicago that will be the place for me to stay in case it is available. Nice place to stay at reasonable price.
I met Drew he was very friendly and down to earth It was a very nice property I really enjoyed the convenience. The bus was less then 20 feet away and it came every 15 mins... I did alot downtown and felt safe. As this was my very 1st time in Chicago.
Was about to board a flight in Baltimore, late in the afternoon and quickly and easily booked this room in Chicago in only a few minutes. The house itself is nice, calling our room "charming" is a stretch, just white walls, a cheap desk and dresser with the bed. The stark white walls showed wear and tear and the only thing on them was a piece of paper taped to the wall explaining the wifi. So, take the word "charming" out and you have a great room, easily available that felt safe.
The room was nice and simple, the bathroom big and spacey! Easy to access through public transportation too :)
Thank you for having me!
We had an overall acceptable experience. The location was excellent and close to transportation and everything in Chicago. The room is tiny and I would not recommend it for more than two people.
The house was lovely, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

About the Host, Bunmi & Drew
We're global travelers who love interacting with interesting people from all over the world. Travel is our passion, having savored the rich aroma of stew in Ilorin, Nigeria. Taken in the sunset with St. Lucia's Piton Mountains in the background. Climbed the steps of a Mayan Temple in Central America. Feasted on freshly caught lobster along Maine's southern coast. These are only a few of the amazing places we've enjoyed together.
We also take delight in great music and experiencing cuisines from around the world, in addition to hosting. Of course, providing a unique guest experience takes a lot of work. For this reason, we have the help of Airbnb's Guestflip service which makes hosting fun and easy. With Guestflip, we believe it's possible that everyone can be a host.
By the way, we highly recommend downloading Acehopper, Airbnb's "front desk concierge", to explore the area. Available for iPhone, iPad and Android devices, Acehopper has tickets, guides and tips on must-sees.
