Bluebonnet is a charming tiny house on wheels situated on the banks of the pond at Holiday Acres Christmas Tree Farm. Drink your coffee on the porch, take a walk in the Christmas trees, and experience tiny house living.

The space
Cozy, bright, and relaxing are words that will come to mind when you step in the door. Curl up on the futon downstairs or climb up into the sleeping loft and get comfortable. Cook up a meal using the toaster oven, hot plate, and microwave, then enjoy it out on the porch or at the drop leaf dining table inside.

Guest access
You are welcome to walk through the Christmas tree field and anywhere on the property. Just don't open any gates or climb any fences. A fire pit is available for your use.

Other things to note
Dogs are welcome at Bluebonnet! (No cats or other pets) Dogs must be on a leash outside and must be crated if left in the house alone.

Bluebonnet is limited to 3 bodies: 1 person + 2 dogs, 2 people + 1 dog, or 3 people + 0 dogs. Just trust us on this.

You'll see all kinds of critters during your visit. Most are friendly, but there are some whose paths you may not want to cross if you venture out for a walk. Be watchful for snakes, skunks, coyotes, bees, wasps and all kinds of bugs.

When walking around outside, watch for stumps, holes in the ground, ant beds, and poison ivy. We recommend wearing long pants and closed toe shoes if you go exploring.

For rentals of 1 week or longer - we provide 6 sets of bath towels, several dishtowels & dishrags, linens for loft bed, and linens for sofa bed. Laundry facilities are available on-site at no additional charge. House cleaning is not provided during your stay, but post-stay cleaning is covered by cleaning fee.
