Welcome to your one-of-a-kind lakeside escape just a minute from downtown Seeley Lake! Nestled on the shore and next to the beloved Lindey’s Prime Steak House, this charming “hole-in-the-wall” trailer home blends rustic character with everything you need for a memorable getaway.

Step into an open-concept layout with a full kitchen on the left and a cozy dining and living area on the right—perfect for gathering with friends and family. Two bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room lie just beyond the kitchen, while a private bedroom with its own half bath sits at the opposite end for added privacy.

Wake up and sip your coffee on the beautiful deck as you listen to the gentle sounds of water lapping the shore. A short walk down the hill gives you partial access to a shared dock—bring your boat and make the most of everything Seeley Lake has to offer!

With walkability to town, direct lake access, and a unique, laid-back vibe, this home is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to unplug and enjoy Montana’s natural beauty.

Guest access
Guest access is to the trailer home itself and then they are allowed access to the farthest side of the shared dock below the property. This dock is shared with the owner's property below so we ask to completely respect the dock. No launching of watercraft is allowed, all has to be done at Big Larch Boat launch.

Other things to note
Any trailers will need to stay parked in grass by the main driveway entrance. Loose gravel below and tight spaces are different for maneuvering of trailers or big rigs. Parking next to home, please stay in designated areas, extra vehicles can be parked in grass by the main driveway entrance. We do have septic drain lines that cannot be ran over.
