One-bedroom, quiet (facing inside of a block,) furnished apartment in a turn of the century, secured, building, between Rivadavia and famous Corrientes streets, a block from Congreso; walking distances to subte A, B and D, many buses going to all parts of the city. The place is bordered by Moncerrat and San Nicolas neighborhoods.
Close to city attractions and famous tango (Beso, for one) places. Two supermarkets, 3 bakeries, 3 veggies stores, artisan ice cream places, cafes, restaurants, even starbucks and mcdonald (for nostalgic :) ) - all withing 1 to 3 blocks. There are several universities and language schools withing walking distance, too.
There are two laundromats withing a block.
New - there is an Ecobisi station within a block, with a free bicycle rent!
The apartment has wooden floors and consists of:
- a bedroom with a new 1.3 m wide bed, bedding and towels provided;
- full bathroom with a shower;
- compact study area with WiFi access;
- fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator w/freezer, electric tea pot, two burners stove top, and cooking utensils;
- dining/rest area.
As a seasoned traveler, I equipped the apartment for like-minded people: clean, comfortable, sufficient for feel at home - without being overbearing - something I'd like for myself while traveling.
Services including: Electricity, Gas, Water, Building fees, City Taxes, Wi-Fi internet.
The price is for the suite, two guests max.

Interaction with Guests
I'm available to you when you need help - before, during, and after your visit. So, don't hesitate to ask questions.
Congreso area is where portenos live and work, but also where lots of clubs, theaters, cafes, restaurants and historical attractions are located. It is a very comfortable place to live/stay, and safe, too.
Though I prefer walk almost everywhere, there are many choices of transportation - bus (colectivo), 3 metro lines close by, local train station, taxis. Also, a new EcoBici station for free bicycle rent is now open right in the block!

Two people maximum.
All guests have to have picture IDs.
Respect neighbors, please, keep quite after 11 pm
No smoking, no pets.
Before check-out, please, take out your garbage , wash any used kitchen utensils, and repair/replace any damaged items
Communicate your needs - I'd try to accommodate any reasonable requests. :)
