We were in Poznan for a conference at the congress centre, so Joanna's apartment was perfectly located for us. It is located on a quiet street with restaurants and shops nearby and is a 10-15 walk to the congress centre. It is also very close to the tram stop on Glogowska and from there you can go anywhere. The number 5 tram will take you right into the old town. The apartment itself is very large, it is the attic of the building so there are several flights of stairs to get up to it. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher; however, it should be noted that there is no microwave. There is a clothes washer in the bathroom (no dryer, but if you spin your clothes on high they come out pretty dry). Joanna is very sweet, she was concerned about the heat (the apartment does not have air conditioning), and she made sure we had a fan to help keep cool. She also left us cake and wine. Overall, I would say this apartment is a great value for a stay in Poznan and I would recommend it.

Our host is very hospitable, and the area around her apartment is lovely. There is a beautiful park with the largest fern house in Europe in it and it is walking distance from the train station. The apartment itself is wonderfully bright and light and looks over the old roof tops of the neighbourhood.

I spent a second stay in Joanna's flat and I felt comfortable as the first time (see above).

First of all the contact with the host was great. We were welcomed by Joanna and a tasty piece of cake. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Location was great, close to the tram stop. We can definitely recommend that spot to everyone planning to visit Poznań.

A very nice, bright, clean and spacious apartment, which is well equiped and well located, too. In spite of its nearness to the the center of Poznan and the Old Town, the flat is pleasantly quiet so that you feel rested in the morning. Joanna and Damian are kind and sympathetic hosts who replied to all my questions immediately. - The price-performance ratio is excellent. Conclusion: clearly recommendation. - Thanks once more, Joanna!
