Completely renovated 1914 South Hill/Fairhaven Gem "Buttercup" features 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Luxury furnishings and high-end finishes. One block from Taylor Street Dock featuring Woods Coffee. South Bay Trail leads to Fairhaven with the many shops and restaurants and continues to Downtown Bellingham.

The space
Quartz counter tops, white subway mosaic tile, and original Fir Floors. Kitchen features a dining nook, and stainless steel appliances. Living room has 2 large sofas, a 50 inch smart TV, DVD player, and Limited Basic Cable with local broadcast stations (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS). Dining room with a side board for serving. One bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and three upstairs bedrooms. Main floor full bath with tiled walk-in shower. Laundry room/half bath on main floor with a washer/dryer plus laundry sink and toilet. Huge covered front porch with 2 benches and chairs.

Other things to note
For the avid trail seekers, the Interurban Trail is 6 blocks south as well as Fairhaven Park and Larrabee State Park. Chuckanut Drive is one of the most scenic drives south of Bellingham and lands you in the historic town of Edison. The home is one block east of the waterfront, train tracks run through Bellingham along the waterfront and train traffic varies day to day. For the light sleepers, ear plugs are provided.
