Main Floor:
Grand Living Room: Unwind on the plush couch and enjoy your favorite shows on the 65" TV.
Refined Parlor: A cozy fireplace creates a warm ambiance, perfect for quiet conversation or reading.
Gourmet Kitchen: A chef's dream, fully equipped with an 8-burner gas stove and a large island with seating for three. You'll find everything you need to prepare culinary masterpieces.
Formal Dining Room: Host elegant dinners around a table that comfortably seats six.
Full Bathroom: A conveniently located bathroom completes the main floor.

Bedroom Suites:
Isabella Suite: A regal haven featuring a king bed, two plush chairs for relaxing, and a refined desk.
Amanda Suite: This luxurious escape offers a king bed and a private balcony. It shares a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom, which includes a modern dual vanity and a classic clawfoot tub with a separate walk-in shower.
Emma Suite: A sophisticated retreat with a queen bed, a 43" Fire TV, and access to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Edwina Suite: A graceful and intimate sanctuary furnished with a comfortable queen bed.

Outdoor Spaces:
Wrap-Around Porch: Sip your morning coffee from a classic rocking chair on the expansive front porch.
Back Porch: A furnished back deck with an umbrella offers additional seating for enjoying the outdoors.
Large Lawn: The home is beautifully set on a sprawling corner lot, providing ample outdoor space.

Laundry Room: A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home and property, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces.

The only exceptions are the locked housekeeping room in the basement and the garage, which are not available for guest use.

Entry is seamless and secure via a private entrance on the back porch, equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry.

Other things to note
Pre-Arrival Process: As a professionally managed property, we require a few quick steps to be completed via a secure guest portal before your arrival: 1) ID Verification, 2) a refundable $300 security deposit authorization, and 3) a digital signature on our rental agreement.
Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras monitor the grounds of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
Occupancy: Your reservation rate includes up to 6 guests. The home can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Each additional guest beyond 6 will incur a fee of $45 per person, per night.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your use in the basement. Please bring your own laundry detergent.
Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is included and available throughout the home.
Reporting Issues: We have prepared the home carefully for your arrival. Should you notice any issues upon check-in, please report them within 24 hours. Please also report any malfunctions immediately so we can resolve them for you.
