Completely renovated two bedroom, two bathroom third floor (with elevator access) private apartment home located just two blocks from the Vatican Museums. A stunning and well designed space with room for everyone. Large, open kitchen and living room with large plasma TV, sofa bed for additional guests, and a cityscape view of one of Rome's best neighborhoods. The apartment features lots of natural light and all of the modern day amenities including WiFi, washer and dryer, A/C, newer double pane windows, and so much more! The kitchen is complete with a mini-fridge with freezer, electric stove top, dishwasher, and microwave. There are also table settings for up to six.
Carefully chosen, high quality appointments and furniture throughout including upgraded mattresses. The master suite is complete with a queen size bed and plenty of storage. The secondary bedroom features two single beds (which can easily be placed together). Modern and contemporary bathrooms both boast showers.
Interaction with Guests
Check-In and cleaning are provided by a third party company on behalf of guests.
The apartment is located in the Prati/Vatican Neighborhood between the Ottaviano and Cipro metro stops. Just three metro stops from the Spanish Steps and walking distance to the Vatican and to the historical center. You can certainly feel like a local by visiting the farmer's market located round the corner from the apartment or any of the many authentic restaurants located in the neighborhood.

*Payment and cancellation policies are stated in the website terms and conditions. Please note that regular check-in is between 14:00 and 21:00 by appointment and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Check-ins after 21.00 will be charged €25.00 and €50,00 after 23:00.
Holiday Rentals: Pricing
At the time of booking, you will be notified of all costs associated with your stay including the option to add additional services.
Prices include heating, gas, water, basic household supplies and normal electricity usage. Guests are free to use other items in the kitchen that may have been left behind by other guests such as coffee, paper towels, salt, oil, etc. The final cleaning price, excluding trash removal and dish washing, is also included in the reservation total.
Extra beds, baby cribs, etc. an extra price and must be requested and confirmed prior to the arrival date. The cost of extra items requested after the initial reservation has been made are to be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.
There is a 3-day minimum stay in all of our apartments, certain exceptions apply.
Arrival and Departure Information
On receipt of the paid reservation, your reservation will be confirmed and we will send you a confirmation email with your reservation details. You will receive an email from the rental agency.
Officially, check-in time is between 14.00 and 21.00 by appointment only, and check-out time is by 10.00. Failure to vacate the property by the standard check-out time without prior consent will result in an automatic extra night charge. We will try to accommodate your earlier arrival and later departure when possible and at an additional charge. All check-in appointments after 21.00 will incur a late check-in fee between €25,00 and €50,00 depending on the apartment selected and the time of arrival.
Based on your arrival time, you will be provided a designated check-in time directly at the apartment. As a rule of thumb, from the airport, clients arriving by taxi or in private transfer, will be provided a designated appointment time one hour and a half after their scheduled airport arrival while clients arriving in public transportation (train or shuttle bus) will be provided a designated check-in appointment two hours from their scheduled airport arrival time. Please note that someone will be waiting for you at the apartment for this scheduled appointment only for up to thirty minutes after your appointment time.
It is the clients responsibility to update the rental agency of any delays including changes in airport arrival time, luggage claim problems, transportation issues, etc. Failure to provide at least one hour notice of any delays will result in an additional check-in charge of €50,00 and the guest must contact rental agency directly to reschedule the check-in appointment.
