PLEASE NOTE:
This is a privately owned unit located within the same building as The Setai Hotel. As such, hotel services like daily housekeeping and engineering support are not included.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Late check-out: $100/hour after 10:00 AM, collected at check-out.

Check-outs after 12:00 PM are not allowed and will incur a $500 penalty.

IMPORTANT INFO:

This is a non-smoking apartment - smoking violation penalty is $5,000.

Pets are not allowed.

Daily Hotel Fee of $285, plus tax

Departure cleaning fee $300, plus tax

Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.

Public paid parking is available next to the building.

Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the hotel. Departure cleaning will be charged a day after check-out at a rate of $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum plus tax. The number of hours will be determined by the condition of the residence and is at the sole discretion of Sezai Resort and Residences.

Bookings of 7 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 8 days to maintain the quality of the residence. it includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.

Please contact the Setai Housekeeping to schedule extra services.

At check-in, a credit card is required for incidentals at the front desk.

At least one guest must be 21 or older to check in. If not, please inform us in advance so we can assist you personally.

Additional Notes
We provide starter essentials at check-in: towels, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay unless daily cleaning service is requested (additional cost).
