This historic home in McIntosh County is a staple of old time coastal Georgia living. It was an original boarding house in 1905 and has housed many memories and get together’s since then.Since its debut as a B & B in the 80,s McIntosh Manor has had the pleasure of serving people from near and far. While the rest of the world seems to move at the speed of light, this home brings you back to the country way of life. Located just a few minutes from the Sapelo River and 35 from Saint Simons Island.

The space
McIntosh Manor is located in beautiful coastal Georgia on historic highway 17, in an area rich with history. Nestled under majestic live oaks and the winding Sapelo River, McIntosh Manor is the perfect place to take a step back in time, and enjoy the wonders of nature. The property is right at 10 acres of black bamboo forests, large oak trees with beautiful drooping spanish moss. The property is quiet,meticulously maintained and has plenty of room for Relaxation and family gatherings. The property also includes a beautiful RV campground in the back with a few pretty cool amenities.

The manor is right off of coastal Highway US 17 and has easy access to everything. There’s a Piggly Wiggly across the street, a couple gas stations up the road and bring your fishing poles and kayaks to hit the Sapelo River right down the road!
