Relax at this quilt and/or craft retreat home in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Take a break & unwind at this peaceful oasis. Fiddlers Ridge Retreat is secluded with easy access. We know you will enjoy your stay at our spacious custom home minutes to the quilt & yarn shop, train depot, & downtown. Breath in the great outdoors with the beautiful mountain forest surrounding the house & with the thoughtful, nature-inspired decor. Bryson City is picturesque & beautiful in every season of the year!

The space
Our quilt and craft retreat area is on the main level of the home so you do not have to take quilt/craft supplies up any stairs. We have set up a large cutting station (2 cutting mats and several standard rulers included), two ironing stations (2 ironing boards and 2 irons) and several long tables with comfortable chairs for your individual sewing machine or crafting area.
Bring your sewing machine, fabric, quilting notions, yarn, scrapbook supplies, or other retreat supplies.
Relax in our three living room areas. Enjoy preparing a wonderful meal in our well-equipped kitchens (that's right, there are two kitchens) or on the charcoal grill or take full advantage of the many dining options in Bryson City and surrounding towns. Take in the outdoor sights and sounds from our front porch dining table, covered patio, or backyard firepit. The majority of the indoor decor and furniture were crafted by talented local artisans. The three full bathrooms are en suites in three of the five bedrooms- one on the first level, one of the second level, one on the third level of the house. The half bath is located off the main living room and kitchen. If part of your group needs a little space all to themselves they can enjoy the apartment suite with a living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Bryson City is a great town with shopping and great dining options. Bryson City offers a memorable train ride through the incredible Smoky Mountains. Bryson City is also close to Great Smoky Mountain National Park and adventurous river tubing and white-water rafting! You'll have access to the entire house, the front porch with outdoor dining table and the front covered patio with outdoor seating and charcoal grill as well as the apartment (with an entrance from the back of the house) and firepit in the back yard. Plenty of space to relax and reset in this Smoky Mountain getaway.

Other things to note
Brown leather couch in apartment living room is a twin pull out bed. Linens are located in apartment bedroom closet.

We do not accept pets at our Fiddlers Ridge Retreat; however, if you have a service animal, please let the host know at booking so that we can guide you with additional instructions on our house rules for service animals.
