***** A KITCHEN *****
The kitchen is fully equipped by a stove/oven, microwave, fridge w/freezer, food processor, toaster, sandwich maker, rice cooker

Interaction with Guests
***** INTERACTION WITH GUESTS *****
I welcome my guests in person, I show you the apartment, provide you with a map, guide book, guest books (plenty of interesting tips to find in them), introduce you to other guests (if there are any) and tell you some information about Prague, sightseeings and practical stuff.
If I am not present in Prague when you are arriving, someone will meet you at my place and will provide you with the same high-quality welcome "ceremony" :)
Vinohrady district is a VERY SAFE RESIDENTIAL AREA. The city centre is 10-15min walk from here or 2 stops by metro. For being well informed you are getting actual information about main museums, galleries, clubs, events, etc.
***** PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION *****
A metro station Jiriho z Podebrad (A line) is about 2 min walk.
A tram stop Šumavská (trams no. 10 and 16) is about 1 min walk.
If coming by car, there are two options: you can park for free either next to my house from Friday 6pm until Monday 8am (and every day from 6pm until 8am) or 2 blocks from my place at anytime.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, no lift. Please, consider this when traveling heavy :)
The apartment might be also shared with other Airbnb guests. There are more rooms available in the flat, however, I am trying to avoid having the place too crowded.
CHECK-IN after 12 AM: if you are coming earlier you can come over and have a tea/coffee and leave your luggage but if there are still guests in that room you are going to have then you get the keys after 12 AM.
Late CHECK-IN: let me know about your intention or plan coming later than 7 PM. Depending on a date of your arrival, we can easily make an arrangement and I will be awaiting you even later. But please, LET ME KNOW BEFORE. I offer a respectful environment and I ask for the same - a respect to me and my place.
CHECK-OUT at 10.30 AM. If there are no other guests coming the same day you can sleep even longer :)

KEEP QUIET IN THE STAIRWAYS

ALWAYS LOCK THE FRONT DOOR
When leaving the house or coming in, please don't forget to lock the main front door (from the house).
Michaela was a great and very helpful host. The room was much larger than expected and the location of the apartment was a walkable distance to the city center. We had trouble with the stove, and there are a lot of stairs, but it was a very enjoyable stay overall.
Huh, thanks for letting me know! :) Did you have troubles with the stove? I am sorry to hear that, no idea what kind of issues you experienced. No one else has complained so far so it might have been just a different system than you are used to. Sorry that I didn't emphasized how to run it!
Btw. yes, lot of stairs - exactly 112! :D
Thanks for coming!
Michaela made me feel most welcome right from the outset. She provided me with tips on the best way getting to particular locations and places of interests to experience Prague like a local. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, always offering to assist in anyway she can.
Even though there were people staying in other rooms, the place is so peaceful and quiet. This was great for me as I came home in the early hours of the morning on 6 occasions and slept like a baby during the day. Also, it is a really safe neighbourhood as there was no cause for alarm walking these streets late at night.
I also really liked the fact that I could locked the room and take comfort knowing my valuables were safe. I would recommend staying here away from the noise and much higher prices charged for everything in the old town, as this place is only a 10 minute tram ride or 20 minute walk. Plus there are good places to eat.
Michaela was a wonderful host, we had such a great time in Prague, we enjoyed the czech liquor and turkish coffee she offered us, and the recommendations were excellent. The room was very big, comfortable and warm, and the place was very close to everything.
We stayed only for two nights, but we definitively would like to come back to Prague in the future with more time, there's so much to see!
Our time in Prague was great, cold and really interesting!
We enjoyed it a lot!
The room and whole flat was excellent! Clean, inviting, warm!! :)
If there should be a next time, we will stay there again!
Thank you so much, Michaela!
Grettings from Germany!
We spent such a good days in Praga! The flat is well located and the pictutes are exactly as the reality. Martina was so nice, she explained us everything of Praga at our arrived. The only thing that we didnt like a lot compare with other experiencies was that you needed to do a formulary before your arrive and to give a lot of aditionals informations about your trip.
Clean & very big room, location was quite ideal as there were a couple of good cafes and restaurants nearby and it wasn't too far away from the main attractions of Prague once you figured out the trams and metro system. Shared bathroom with the other tenants in the apartment but it was always clean. Michaela wasn't around when we visited but her friend Tina took care of the check in.
