A place guests keep coming back to

Guests call it peaceful and magical, with many returning for repeat visits
After a day of exploring the beautiful Olympic Peninsula return to your own space with your friends and family.
Have dinner and relax around the bonfire with the important people in your life. The quiet allows you to hear the coyote and owls calls.
The grounds are all yours:
Enjoy the outdoor grill and kitchen area, bonfire and lounging spaces.
We have the longest sunsets with a great view from the fire circle.

The space
There are five satellite bedroom cabins clustered around a central bathhouse, outdoor kichen and lounging areas. The bedrooms are repurposed from former ranch buildings:
The Saloon/Mercantile Room and TackRoom have Queen size beds and are in freestanding cabins. Grey Wolf, Rose and Garden Rooms are in the barn complex and have full size beds, which are a little smaller than a queen. These rooms are good for singles, children or couples who don't mind sleeping close.
The central bathhouse which has a full bath with shower on one side and a half bath on the other.

Guest access
The guests will have all the listed spaces to themselves.

Other things to note
We don't have internet in the rooms or television. There is a spot under the apple trees that you can get onto the internet.
There are many dead spots for internet on the Olympic Peninsula so be prepared.

Neighborhood highlights

We're the perfect home base for you to experience all that the Olympic Peninsula has to offer. We're twenty minutes drive to the entrance of Olympic National Park and spectacular Hurricane Ridge hiking, and only 15 minutes to the Dungeness Spit with it's rustic beach on the Straits of San Juan De Fuca.
Beautiful Lake Crescent is 45 minutes away by Highway 101, you can paddle board, kayak, paddle boat or hike around it's perimeter.
You can easily make longer day trips further west to the Hoh Rain Forest or to the west coast beaches, Rialto, Ruby and others.
Sequim has lovely locally owned restaurants featuring regional cuisine. We have many organic farm stands with seasonal produce should you choose to cook as well as farmers markets. There are three wineries in this vicinity, and cider and wineries to the east as well.
The laid back Victorian seaside town of Port Townsend is 40 minutes east of us should you crave eclectic Northwest shops and more restaurants, brew pubs and wineries.
To the west, twenty minutes is Port Angeles with it's own historic downtown area. Two independently owned bookstores, shops original only to this place, and great pub food where the locals eat.
A great place to explore on your way to or from points west.

Hello! I like to read, garden, eat, swim, hike, run and do yoga. I am very curious, so I enjoy listening to other people's music playlists, and finding out which books or movies they like. I have a daughter, Alexi and a dog Paisley. As a guest I am easy going and neat, I have very simple needs. As a host I am welcoming and helpful, yet I want to keep my presence in the background as most people come here to relax and spend time with their loved ones. The star here is the property and the beautiful Olympic Peninsula and it's easy for guests to make this place their own. A motto I like was written on the wall of the Savoy Tivoli Cafe in San Francisco : "Patience and leisure are intertwined". I try to keep that in mind. Cheers, Lisa
