The space
During the heyday of Camelot and America's entrance into the Sixties, New Iberia enjoyed a business boom that resulted in its emergence as a new showplace of incredible modern homes. This is one of its first, by noted architect Ashton Smith.

Located just off the heart of New Iberia's Main Street section, you are within one mile of such attractions as Shadows On the Teche, Victor's Cafeteria, the Teche Museum and shopping vintage at Taunte Nana's or soul food at Brenda's.

You will find yourself on the parade route for all the great Cajun art, dining and dance festivals, a ten minute drive to McElhenney Island and it's Tobasco factory and Rip Van Winkle's Jungle Gardens.
