PETS
Dogs are allowed with a two pet max. Pet is $100 per pet. We require them not to be left unattended unless crated. No pets on the furniture and any hair/waste is picked up.

POOL/SPA HEATING
For the spa to be heated, it would be $75 per day (three night minimum) and the spa would run for 4 hours. The pool can be heated at $300 per night with 3 nights minimum. Please give us a 24hrs heads up in advance if you wish to acquire this service.

PARKING
You're welcome to use both driveways to park. The two car garage is available for guest use. The RV garage is not available at this time.

QUIET HOURS
It's a big property with neighbors a good distance away, however quiet hours from the city begin at 10pm until 7am every day.

OCCUPANCY
For our short term rental permit with the city of Lake Havasu, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can there be more than 14 people on the property at ANY given time. The reservation will be cancelled with NO refunds.

Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.
