  • The overall experience was quite good. The room is exactly as advertised and everything is in good condition.

The host was always available in his phone and check-in and check-out occurred in a fast manner.

The building is very well located, only 2 minutes from Piccadilly Circus. The price can seem high for someone from abroad but considering every option in London I can say that this room in central London is the best option.

The location allowed us to save money considering we did not use public transportation.

    Would stay here again.

  • Great host, Great location. A small apartment but everything you need for a stay in London. Afif was a great host, stopped by to say hello during our stay. A bit loud until midnight on the weekend but fine after that.

  • Awesome. Brilliant for the price. Right in the centre of the busy nightlife. Would've stayed longer had it been available. Thanks so much!

  • Afif's place is not so big, and I didn't feel very comfortable since it's not equipped with toilet and shower room - you have to share it with 3 other rooms, like in college, I only noticed it later when I check the photos again after booking. But the location of the apartment is perfect! It is in the center of London party area, surrounded by many bars and pubs, gay bars, and also nice restaurants. It is true that it's noisy at night but after mid night it'll get very quiet and didn't bother us sleeping. And it's 3mins walk to Piccadilly Circus station, 10mins walk to Trafalgar Square, 15mins to the Big Ben, was very convenient!

We were not happy because when we arrive the room was not cleaned and the sheets were not changed from last guests, it got cleaned by the evening. But overall, considering the location and price, it was a good deal!

  • Thanks Afif for your welcome. Soho is a great place from where you can visit London both by day and by night. No difficulties to pick up the keys but I am quite disappointed not to have share with the householder.

  • This flat in Soho was our first experience with airbnb. It was fantastic. We were a bit concerned initially because none of the previous reviews were written by families or people traveling with children, but we stayed for 3 nights with our 20-month old daughter and had a great experience. The apartment was very clean -- there were extra duvets and towels provided. We shared the bathroom but never even saw the person we shared it with. Great wireless internet connection. A small but useful kitchen where we were able to make breakfast and heat leftovers -- plenty of dishes and pots and pans, soap, sponges, anything you'd need. There were even kinder eggs left on our towels when we arrived! Yes, there was some noise from outside in the evenings but that's to be expected in Soho and didn't bother us at all. The timing was incredibly flexible. We were able to leave our bags at 9:30am and check in at 10:30am on our first day and able to stay until 6:30pm on our last day -- we could have stayed even later if we'd needed to. The price and location are unbeatable. We'd love to stay here again and will definitely be using airbnb in the future!

  • Stayed in apartment 4.
Well-equipped apartment with kitchenette and usual appliances.
    Shared bathroom. Clean and tidy.
Great neighborhood to go out at night.
As previously stated it's a little noisy before midnight.
The host is really helpful and reactive.
We had a great time staying and there and would definitely recommend it.

  • Overall a great stay. Near to everything, great location. Easy check in and out, especially when it is flexible. Afif is prompt in responding even late at night, so that was great. The cupboard is really shaky and unstable, be careful while opening it as it precariously held together. It is a hostel/hotel so don't expect the works. Woke up to the bar/club right beside trying to move kegs in the morning, but nothing too crazy. Shower and toilets are separate. Really small. But it is downtown london. The bathroom could've used a soap dispenser. Shower area is small, i was only comfortable using slippers to shower in there as the bottom has black stains of maybe mold? Could be cleaner. A block of old moldy butter was left in the fridge and the pot was stained with something. Boiler had crystals on the boiling coil so i stuck to boiling water in the pot. I was worried about the biofilm on the boiled water because the pot i used to boil the water in was stained really badly.Found out later the biofilm was probably due to the high mineral content London water has, don't know about the pot. Stuck with drinking bottled water in the end.

Great location, good host. Could be much cleaner/safer. Slippers required for bathroom.
