Standard bookings include accommodations for up to 16 overnight guests. This gives your group exclusive access to three beautifully appointed cabins and shared gathering spaces throughout the property.
For groups larger than 16 or those hosting gatherings involving outside visitors, please review the event guidelines below.

Your booking includes access to the Lodge Gathering Space, a warm and inviting area designed for group relaxation, casual dining, or shared moments.

Planning a wedding, retreat, party, or corporate event?
Any reservation exceeding 16 guests or involving non-registered visitors is considered an event and requires separate event pricing and agreements.
Event pricing varies based on guest count, vendor access, and facility use. All events must be pre-approved, and a signed event agreement is required. Please inquire directly for details on event packages, pricing, and available add-on services such as catering, décor, or coordination support.
