Interaction with Guests
Level of interaction depends on the guest. In general, I leave my guets alone but am available to offer any help or assistance they might need. It's a friendly home and I want everyone to enjoy their visit!
Doylestown, the County Seat of historic Bucks County, is a beautiful borough. During the approaching holiday season, visitors can take in plenty of seasonal activities, from shopping districts such as the beloved Peddler's Village, just 15 minutes away, to the internationally recognized and magnificently decorated Fonthill, Mercer and James Michener Arts museums. And, if you like to shop local, Doylestown is brimming with interesting boutiques and its own book store. The famed communities of New Hope and Lambertville, nestled along the Delaware River, and widely known for their art galleries, restaurants and more, are an easy drive away.
My home is a short walk into the borough and and the train station is a quick drive or just a 10-15-minute walk away. Buses to NYC available there too.

The room was great! The house was very clean and comfortable and homey.
The location was perfect: very central and easy to access, with plentiful parking.
And Freda was terrific. She was extremely flexible and accomodating of a difficult and eratic schedule.
I had a wonderful stay at Freda's lovely home in Doylestown. Everything was as described, and I had a great time visiting the area. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Freda is a great host, and I would highly recommend her place if you're planning a visit to the area. I had to change the dates of my stay, and Freda also worked with me to sort this out without any problems. Very happy with my experience (1st Airbnb stay). Many thanks!
A warm, comfortable, welcoming experience. Despite Freda feeling a a little poorly she made me feel very welcome and had time to chat about all sorts of stuff. Thanks
A very cosy and pretty home close to everything within walking distance. The room was clean and had a beautiful view into a nicely make garden.
The home was extremely clean and organized and the bed was very comfy. Freda was very interested in making sure I had everything I needed and the location was great!
Freda was so patient with my changing travel plans, which was much appreciated- my boyfriend deciding to come with me after the reservation was made was fine with Freda for a very affordable $10, and she was flexible with our arrival and departure times. The house is beautiful, and we felt very comfortable staying there. The bed and sheets were soft and incredible, way better than any hotel we've ever stayed in. If passing through Doylestown again, I would 100% ask to stay with her again.
