Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly home away from home. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has a history going all the way back to the early 1900's. Locals tell stories about "Aunt Lu" sitting on the front porch using her telephone, as the cord was stretched out front door. This home also served as the local TV repair shop for a number of years. Come visit this cute home away from home, and relax in rural East Tennessee, only minutes from the Cosby and the Great Smoky Mts.

The space
Total floor plan is 500 ft^2. There is a living room area, compete with a recliner chair and love seat hide-a- bed couch, where you can relax and watch TV, or sit around conversing with each other.
The kitchen has a vintage Youngstown sink and a vintage GE stove/ oven. You will also find a 3-n-1 microwave/toaster/air fryer, and a regular toaster for bread. Coffee maker is a Keurig, single serve. You will find complimentary coffee pods, sugar and cream.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and shares space as the laundry room. Towels and toiletries included. Toilet space is compact.
Sheets, pillows and pillowcases, and blankets are included and thoroughly cleaned between guests. Hide a bed is twin size and sleeps 1. Queen bed sleeps 2. Please note that bedroom and living space are only seperated by sheer curtains, no doors. Space heaters and a fireplace room heater are included to make sure guests are warm during the winter months.
