Casa Agapi is a brand-new villa built in 2025, located in a newly developed residential area of Tumbak Bayuh. This modern two-bedroom home offers comfort and convenience, featuring ensuite bathrooms, a fully enclosed living area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private rooftop to relax and unwind. To make your stay even more seamless, we provide 24/7 concierge support for any assistance or services you may need during your time with us.
The space
Casa Agapi is a thoughtfully designed villa, newly built in 2025, and located in a growing residential area of Tumbak Bayuh. Just a short drive from the buzz of Pererenan and Canggu, it offers a peaceful place to return to after a day out exploring Bali.
The villa features two comfortable bedrooms, each fitted with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with a hot-water shower, and a safety box. The enclosed living area is air-conditioned and ideal for relaxing, complete with a smart TV and Netflix access, just log in with your own account. Reliable internet is also available throughout the property.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials if you prefer to prepare your own meals or enjoy a quiet evening in. Outdoors, there's a private pool with a small bridge separating both ends, a unique touch and a lovely spot for a dip and some downtime.
You’ll also find a rooftop area, perfect for lounging or enjoying some fresh air with a view of the neighborhood.
Getting around is simple, many guests prefer renting a scooter, but taxis and motorbike taxis (Gojek or Grab) are also easily available in the area.
Our 24/7 concierge service is available should you need anything before or during your stay, from local recommendations to in-villa services.

You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

• PAKING SPACE?
There is parking space for a couple of scooters. If you're planning to bring a car, please let me know in advance so I can double-check if the space will be suitable. It can fit up to one regular-sized city car, but I'd be happy to confirm based on the car you plan to bring.
• HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.
• CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES?
We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.
• SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.

Casa Agapi is nestled in a newly developed neighborhood next to the beautiful rice fields of Tumbak Bayuh. It’s a peaceful hideaway, just 10-15 minutes from the lively center of Canggu. Since the villa and the alley are brand new, the road is still a work in progress, but it’s perfectly accessible by car. Just a heads up, the alley can be a bit dark at night due to limited lighting, so please take care. Within a quick 5-minute drive, you'll find some delightful cafes and restaurants to be explored.
