Ourhome 1 is a 110m2 homestay which stays right in the center of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The home has a very convenient location and close to many famous tourist places including many famous food streets.
Bui Vien walking street: 500 m
Ben Thanh market: 1 km
Nguyen Hue walking street: 1.5 km
Bach Dang riverside park: 2 km
The space
The homestay is a second-floor apartment hidden in an old building from the French colonial period. Even though the entrance is a bit small, when you enter the home, you will be overwhelmed by its spaciousness, cleanliness, quietness, and windiness.
The home features:
2 private bedrooms: 2 King Size beds.
1 friendship bedroom: 2 side by side 1.4m beds.
1 living room.
2 bathrooms.
1 kitchen.
1 balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking a family meal: electric stove, electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, chopsticks,… The home also has a washing machine and a dryer.
The balcony is windy and has a beautiful view with many trees, which is very suitable for taking chill pictures, especially in the afternoon.
The living room is spacious and has many toys such as Bluetooth speakers, Game NES, and Smart TV. The sofa beds can be easily turned into beds for up to 3 people.
The friendship bedroom is suitable for up to 4 people. It has 2 1.4m beds put side by side. The home does have 2 private bedrooms. Each has a 1 King Size bed suitable for 2 people.
The bathrooms are very large and have a water heater for rainy days in Saigon.
Other things to note
For dropping off luggages, if the house still having guests at the time you want to drop off your luggages. You can leave them for my neighbor. You just need to pay he some fee for keeping your luggage. The price table is:
Suitcase size M 60.000VND
Suitcase size S 40.000VND
Balo 30.000VND
If the house does not have guests, you can drop off your luggages in the house with no extra charge.
For parking your motorcycles or cars, there is a place which is not very far, only 50m from the apartment.
About security, you do not need to worry. There is a police station right across the street from the home. It is a 24/7 shift station with many cameras so no one will dare to do anything bad near the home. I even put my bike on the pavement all night without getting stolen but I do not encourage doing so because the goverment officials may come and fine you for illegal parking.
