The space
Unwind in this cozy, updated, classic Vermont cabin. With the river right across the street you can hear the sounds of running water right from the front porch.

Don't feel like going out? No problem, this house has everything you need to stay in and still have a great vacation. The updated kitchen has everything you need to cook a feast and the BBQ grill on the porch is there for your enjoyment should you feel like cooking out.

On the 1st floor of this house you'll have your entry area, a half bath, the open floor plan living room/dining room and the kitchen. The washer and dryer is just through the kitchen and you're welcome to use this during your stay. On this floor you'll also have the sitting room/office space. Perfect for catching up on emails, if you're feeling so inclined.

On the 2nd floor you have your bedrooms and full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new comfy mattress (2025) and a large master bathroom with a single sink but double vanities so you have plenty of space to get ready. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

The 2nd bedroom also has a brand new mattress (2025) and a ceiling fan. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. This bathroom has a large shower stall with plenty of elbow room for your washing needs. :-)

The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan. Feel free to push them together to make a King!

We try to be as pet friendly as possible across all our properties. To be able to continue to do so we ask that you please respect the property, house and future guests. Please clean up after your fur babies and, should anything happen or if something gets soiled or damaged (we understand, things happen) please let us know right away so that we can address it appropriately.

Should our cleaners have to clean up excessive pet mess inside or outside you may be subject to a fee to cover their time.
