Cleaning Fee is $85.There is a $300 Cash Security Deposit via airbnb, Refunded upon your Departure.

Few steps away from Santa Monica Beach and the Ocean .This is one of the most sought after locations in Los Angeles, just moments from the sand and the ocean.The apartment is in the 'mellow' zone being North of Wilshire Blvd. You need to know that Santa Monica is much classier, more affluent & way quieter than Venice & also much safer to walk around late at night!

It's an entire Apartment & not a room or studio and it's half or at times a third of the price of next door Luxury hotel rooms next door: The Miramar Fairmont Hotel and The Huntley Hotel ! Other Luxury Hotels are Casa Del Mar , The Loews & Shutters & The new Shore Hotel are all across or down the street a few mins walk from us. The price in these hotels for one single basic room start in the $400s for one night going up to $1200 for a Bungalow in THE MIRAMAR FAIRMONT Hotel.

Traditionally furnished, this one bedroom apartment, with 650 square feet of light living space, comfortably sleeps two people & offers you great views of Santa Monica beach and the ocean.

Large glass sliding door offer amazing ocean view from the balcony . In the bedroom, there is a very high quality queen size mattress with fine bedding. The bedroom has a mirror door closet as well as several other separate drawers & cabinets for more storage.

Beautiful faux hardwood floors throughout add to the luxurious feeling of your stay. Dining area has a large glass top dining table and four chairs.

The bathroom is equipped with a combined tub/shower and you have a partial view of the ocean while taking a shower! All Towels and Linens included. Including Beach Towels.

Kitchen is very bright & very clean with all appliances including gas burners, refrigerator, microwave.

This unit has Private Balcony with amazing Ocean view.

The building has security front door entrance & full surveillance cameras etc. There is a beautiful sparkling pool that you can lounge around or sit in the shade in one of many lounging areas.

You can find free parking on side streets, meter parking is also very affordable.

THIRD STEER PROMENADE is VERY happening with many many restaurants & shops & bars & Cinemas and it is only 4 mins walk. Santa Monica Pier is also great for kids & has Twilight Music & Dancing event every Thursday eve during summer.

Ocean Ave is amazing for sunset strolls & perfect for morning runs ! Ocean Front Walk which, in summer, is door to door entertainment is right down the hill, where you can take LONG walks or rent a bike & pedal to Venice Beach 1 mile away.

Montana Ave. , Main St. & Santa Monica Mall are all within a few minutes walk/drive, where you can shop your hearts desire:Tiffany & Co., Bloomingdale, Disney Store, Louis Vuitton, Nordstrom, and many boutiques & shops. There are many many great restaurants, bars & lounges within a 10 minute radius walk.

Even if U end up with no car (which by the way I dont recommend in LA), you can still get around with buses, All the bus stops are right on Wilshire or Santa Monica Blvd 3-5 mins walk away ! A cab ride to LAX in only $35 ! Shuttle $18.

Malibu is 15-20 mins drive. Venice Beach is 5-7 mins drive. Beverly Hills is 20 mins drive. UCLA is 15 mins drive. Downtown is 30 mins drive.

  • I was a guest at Lucy's very, very cute seaside condo for nine days. In summary, I could not have been more pleased. However, to expand, let me say, first off, the location is perfect; the neighborhood is just lovely and everything I needed was within walking distance. Because of that, I did not rent a car, but in any case, street parking is readily available. The condo is equipped with everything necessary for a long stay from linens to kitchen utensils. No direct internet service, but that was not a problem, Lucy offered to pick up the cost of connecting to the just-across-the street hotel's network. But, with the Barnes and Noble two blocks away, I was fine. The complex itself is very secure; I felt perfectly safe walking in alone after dinner. It is a very quiet complex, so don't come here if you're looking to host wild parties. However, if you want to read your morning paper from a sunny balcony with the ocean right before you, this is it. Half a block, across the street, walk 5 minutes and you're on a gorgeous beach. Location, location, location and a very comfortable condo. On top of all that, Lucy is fantastic! She could not have been sweeter or more accommodating. Lucy did everything to make sure that I was comfortable and that everything was perfect. She is a remarkable woman, interesting, charming and truly delightful.

  • Great place in a fantastic location. Lucy and Joseph were great hosts and really helped me out with getting acquainted with the flat. It's a lovely place, comfy bed and a great hot shower. You do have to be on the quiet side though so don't plan a party at this place, or plan on having more than 2 of you. Though I think a couple with a kid would be ok. Overall I liked my stay and I will be back.

  • We had a wonderful time at Lucy's Santa Monica get-away. Lucy and Joseph were the ultimate hosts. I highly recommend her and her place for a wonderful experience; close to the beach and downtown Santa Monica, we were able to walk to all the venues and drive only when needed. I will most definitely stay there again!! Ben

  • We met Lucy on arrival. She is a bubbly and energetic person who provided all the local knowledge we could possibly ask for. The apartment was in an amazing location and extremely cosy. The only couple of small problems we had were the street parking (difficult to find a spot) and no WiFi, which does not effect some people but when planning future trips/bookings having WiFi is really helpful. That said the shopping/dining is amazing from this location and the actual sheer beauty of Santa Monica is undoubtably hard to beat.

    I would recommend Lucy's apartment to anyone who is travelling to Santa Monica and would definitely go back.

  • Lucy's place is a fabulous, homey, secure, apartment-condo near everything one would want to be near in Santa Monica. Views are fabulous and furnishings are comfy, and, If so inclined, there's a well appointed kitchen for the chef. My trip was largely business but some pleasure. Lucy and brother Joseph are genuine, generous, and very interesting folks. I had the feeling they would have done anything, 24/7, to make my stay more pleasant and almost felt bad that SOMETHING didn't go wrong so they could fix it! As it were, I managed on my own. This was my first AirBnb stay and Lucy has set the bar very, very high for my next AirBnb host. I WILL be back and will stay here, no question. (Caveat: The water in the shower is HOT and ample...as Lucy warned...so if you like cold, dribbly showers, stay away.)

  • This place was great! The condo is in a quiet building and was very cute and comfy inside. Lots of hot water and towels. Even a bottle of wine (: But the best aspect of the condo was the location! Across the street from the ocean and just a few blocks from the promenade.
    Overall, Lucy and Joseph went above and beyond for us. Amazing hosts! Hopefully we can get back soon!

  • We had a lovely stay at Lucy's apartment in Santa Monica. It is well located for all the best spots in the area.....perfect for the beach, nice bar restaurants and shops.
    The flat was clean, nicely presented and had all the amenities to cook for yourself and enjoy a comfortable stay.
    Lucy is responsive, organised and super friendly.

  • I had a wonderful stay at Lucy's apartment in Santa Monica. I wish I were there now! It was a cheerful and comfortable place to stay, and the location was truly perfect. Each day when I walked out the front steps, I turned to the right and saw the ocean and turned to the left and saw a beautiful, palm-tree lined street. I was able to walk so many places, with the ocean never too far (I come from a land-locked city, so this was really amazing). I rented a car and after a few circles 'round the block each night, I was able to find convenient street parking. Lucy was easy to confirm plans with for my arrival and departure. She (email hidden)ly and interesting lady, and I hope to see her and her brother Joseph again.

  • The location of this place could not be better. One block from the beautiful 3rd street promenade, right across the ocean, quiet and safe neighborhood. We were always able to find a parking in the area (a car is a must in LA...). Groceries and restaurants and a short walk away.
    Joseph and Lucy are amazing guys, interesting and always willing to help. For example, when we needed to print our boarding tickets, Lucy guided us to a 24/7 printing shop nearby.
    Santa Monica is so beautiful, and thanks to Joseph, we even got to see it driving a 2013 convertible BMW M6. Don't miss this area!
