Modern, stylish, clean and quiet Edwardian in a great safe neighborhood with easy access to every part of the city. It's a perfect space to relax after a day of activities.
The flat is a modern, stylish, clean and quiet 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Edwardian with a large living room, a working gas fireplace, dining room and a full kitchen with granite counter tops.
The bedroom can accommodate up to 2 adults and a child. There is a very comfortable queen size bed in the room and it's fairly sunny during the day (unless we're fogged in) and pretty dark and quiet in the evenings (perfect for sleeping). I also have a twin size aero bed that is very comfortable and great for kids.
Guests have access to everything in the flat except the computer. However, if you are in need of internet access, I can give you use of an Ipad.
Other things to note
Garage parking can be included for $20.00 per day but only with prior approval. There are times when the garage cannot be offered.
We live in a quiet building and neighborhood. If you would like to invite additional friends or family into my home while you are visiting, I would appreciate you letting me know in advance.
Smoking is prohibited in the flat or outdoors anywhere near the building.
Just treat my place as you would your own and be respectful of my home.

Like most San Franciscans, eating good food and trying all types of restaurants is one of my favorite past times. I enjoy cooking, entertaining and listening to live music. I have as much fun doing indoor activities (IE: reading, watching movies, dancing), as I do outdoor activities (IE: hiking, kayaking, scuba diving). I live for a weekend getaway whether it’s planned or spontaneous. I consider wine tasting through any wine region a good way to spend the day, and I am in constant search of the perfect beach. So far, my vote is Anguilla. I work in the Travel Industry, so my short list gets longer and longer. I would love to get to Africa very soon!
