Our loft is located in a former diamond factory from the early 20th century, with authentic wooden beams and wooden floors and ceilings. When our children moved out of the house, we decided to rent the space as a quirky and artistic guest house for 8 people (max 9).
Central heating is provided everywhere, but there is no air conditioning.
We live on the ground floor ourselves now.
Our space can also be rented for a workshop, training, presentation, group weekend...

The space
We provide made beds and a towel set per person.

On the first floor, you will find the living room, open kitchen, sleeping area for 2 people, toilet, bath and sink.
On the mezzanine, there is also a sleeping area for 2 people.
On the second floor, you will find 2 enclosed bedrooms, each for 2 people. There are also a number of separate mattresses that can be used to put children to sleep. You will also find a shower, toilet, 2 sinks and a washing machine as well as a large studio space where you can organize a workshop, meeting, yoga session, etc.

In our street also lives an enthusiastic young lady who gives workshops (20 to 50 euros per person) such as making personal plaster tiles, artistic greeting card printing, pattern design, initiation perspective drawing, speed date with drawing techniques, kitchen towel stamping, silk scarf painting, ...

The loft is located in the small alley in the bend of the street, between No. 24 and No. 20. Through a private entrance you will arrive on the first floor where the loft is located. We live on the ground floor of the same building.

Other things to note
We like to rent to quiet tenants since we live on the ground floor ourselves, so... No party people!

We appreciate it if you put sheets and towels in the white and blue striped bags at the end of your stay and collect waste in the kitchen trash can.
Also, please turn on the dishwasher in time so that you can put away the clean dishes.
