Other things to note
General:
The total number of guests present on the property should not exceed the number of guests included on the reservation. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at this property. There will be a $200.00/night fee to be assessed if violated.
Security:
Guests are required to provide their full first and last name during the initial booking of each reservation. For security purposes a security ID inspection is made at the gate upon entry and again at the check-in counter.
Check In & Check Out Times:
Every guest must adhere to the timelines for checking-IN and checking-OUT.
- Check in time is 4:00pm (EST)
- Check out time is 10:00am (EST)
Trash:
All trash must be bagged and placed inside the receptacle located on the front porch. Bulk trash that does not fit inside the receptacle must be placed inside one of the two trash compactors located on property. No trash is to be left in any common area at any time for any reason.
Pets:
All pets MUST be included on the reservation.
All pets must be on a leash when outside - Osceola County ordinance states that the leash is to be held by a competent adult. At no point will a pet that is a
nuisance be allowed to remain on the property.
Parking/Vehicles:
There are no assigned parking spots on the property except where signage is present. Each Unit is allowed two parking spots. No trailers, boats, campers, or recreational vehicles are permitted on the property. No vehicle with more than two axels or weighing more than 26,001lbs is permitted on property.
Sidewalks:
At no time can any guest have any type of cord or hose, etc. obstructing the sidewalk. No blocking of the sidewalks with any type of vehicle is allowed.
Personal Property:
All personal property should be kept within your rental unit and not stored outside of the home.
Noise:
Osceola County noise ordinance restricts excessive noise between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am. No nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to others
will be permitted in Regal Oaks at Old Town.
Golf Carts:
Osceola County ordinance requires anyone operating a golf cart to have a valid driver’s license. There is no operation of golf carts from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00a.m. - except by resort staff.
Wildlife:
There are a wide range of wildlife in Regal Oaks at Old Town. Deer, Racoons, Possums, and Allegators (just to name a few). Florida law prohibits anyone from feeding or harassing wildlife in any way.
