Hi Josh, you are lying about some things and said that i was acting rude! This is just not true and also not fair to do that in public. Please let me explain the situation for everyone else: Regarding the toilet paper and the sheets - I am very sorry that this happened though cause that is not our standard at all and it could have been easily solved if you would have followed the house rules to call my property manager for check in. Especially if something is missing what can occur, he is there to solve it immediately. He was even calling you to arrange an appointment for a meeting and you didn't mention anything about that so we didn't even have a chance to react properly!!! Actually you were rude to him and said some unacceptable words in a bad manner. You also didn't say a word to me about this, so how do i know that there is any issue!? Regarding the lizard - I also apologise for the fact that you did find a dead lizard in our kitchen. As you might know (You are from Florida) Lizards are pretty common down here as well as ants, snakes and cockroaches. Even with our pest control every other month it is not a 100% safe to not have them in the house. I guess you just mentioned that cause you were angry and wanted everyone now. Now the huge Problem with the AC System. The house rules CLEARLY say that if there is an issue WE try to fix it as fast as possible. I want to mention that you did inform me about the problem around 11pm and it was solved the day after at around 11 am. The main problem was your impatients. I understand that it is hot and you want it nice and cool! But why didn't you call my PR to inform him. He probably would have been able to fix the problem the same night but it was just clearly your mistake that you didn't get in touch with him. Instead you hired a PRO by your own. He showed up and found the Problem but didn't do anything. You can NOT expect from me that i pay two different AC guys only because of the fact you didn't dial the PM number provided in the Airbnb App or on the sheet in the house. So you ended up paying actually for nothing cause the person didn't do anything. This is very unfortunate but also not my problem. I reacted as soon as i read your message and the problem was solved quickly. I also paid to check and change all filters, cause one of the most important things is keeping our vacation homes clean. Once again. I am sorry for the circumstances but how you reacted in that matter, even though you had the proper informations what to do in such cases, lead to this situation. Calling me rude and lying about some things in your review is also not ok and i will request Airbnb not to delete but correct the review. Regards Mike
