To ensure a peaceful stay in the building, we would like to provide you with the rules for temporary accommodation that should be observed during your stay at this rental property:
1)Elevator: Please respect the maximum capacity of the elevator by not having more people in it than indicated. Breaking this rule is considered a serious infraction. At the same time, always be sure to check that both doors of the elevator are properly closed, as to avoid any inconveniences with the use of the elevator for other neighbors.
2)Unpleasant noises: The Regulations of Co-Ownership forbid making any kind of unpleasant or disturbing noises, and require the observance of quiet hours: from 13:00 hs (1pm) to 16:00 hs (4pm) and from 21:00 hs (9pm) to 08:00 hs (8am).
3)Security: Be vigilant regarding the building's security. Be careful when you open or close the main door of the building. Don't allow strangers inside. Always lock the door.
4)Use of the property: Only the number of guests in the reservation are authorized to use the property for temporary accommodation purposes. You may not use the property for professional or commercial purposes. You cannot have pets in the property. Guests who engage in unlawful activities will not be tolerated and be asked to leave immediately.
5)Cleaning: the apartment must be turned in acceptable cleaning conditions. Otherwise, an extra fee will be charged.
6)Smoking is not allowed except near an open window.
