Perfectly located just five minutes from Pleasant Mountain, Moose Pond public launch and downtown Bridgton, 15 minutes from the Naples Causeway, and 30 minutes from North Conway, our home offers the ideal base for year-round adventure.

Tucked down a private road, the property provides ample space, privacy, and a peaceful rural vibe. Enjoy complimentary coffee or tea on the covered entry porch while listening to the birds in the morning.

This sun-drenched home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The downstairs bedroom features two full beds, while the master bedroom upstairs offers a cozy queen. Little ones are welcome with a pack-n-play available for your use. A comfortable pull-out couch provides extra sleeping space upstairs. The main living room, a half bath, and one bedroom are on the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a secondary living room, and the master bedroom with full bathroom.
