One bedroom apartment with 3 huge windows in the elegant part of Trastevere. Just below the apartment are cafes, restaurants, bookshops, boutiques, grocery stores, bakeries, dry cleaners, and salons. A block away from the Medieval Convent of Santa Cecilia. A stone's throw away from the Island of Tiber to the other direction.
The apartment has a queensized bed in the bedroom and a queensized sofabed in the living room.
Wifi, A/C, kitchenette with mini fridge, gas stove tops, complete cookware and diningware.
There is a late checkin fee of 20euros for checkins after 8PM (20h00).
After 10pm (22h00), the late checkin fee is 40euros.
NO checkins allowed after 12midnight (24h00).
The apartment is not shared----guests will have the entire apartment to themselves during their stay. My home will be their home away from home.
Interaction with Guests
I will be meeting with each guest on check-in day to turn over the keys and to explain the amenities.
Just below the apartment building is a grocery store, two cafes, and several restaurants.
From this apartment's location, you may walk to anywhere in Rome within 15mins.
Other Things to Note
In Italy, you are only provided with 3 kilowatts per residential unit. ----electricity usually trips if you have too many electric equipment being used at the same time.
You may just leave the garbage inside the apartment and we will take care of it for you. The building is very strict with the garbage collection times.
