Attic room 10 minutes from centre

House - Private room · Imperial Terrace, Leeds, LS12 3NS, United Kingdom

The Space

Lovely house close to the Leeds city centre.

* Please note that higher rates apply between Christmas and New Year

Our home was built in 1900. We have tried to retain some of the original features from each room and complement them with artefacts from around the globe.

We are very close to the city centre. 10 minutes on the bus or a short 25-30 minute stroll along the canal by foot.
We also have free parking available outside the house..

The house is clean and tidy. The kitchen is the heart of the home where you can usually find my partner and I or a friend chatting away.

The bedroom is an attic room with a small double bed. There is also the option to have a single bed placed in the room if required.

Breakfast is served in the morning. If you have to leave earlier than I wake, I will leave breakfast out for you or show you where things are kept so that you can help yourself. It's normally a choice of cereal, toast and preservatives, fruit or egg with toast.
Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements or restrictions because of religious believes and I will try to cater for you.

| A little about me |

Apart from spending a few years overseas, I have lived in Leeds all of my life. My partner and I are members of the National Trust and we're happy to share the hidden treasures that Leeds and the surrounding areas have to offer.

We are non-smokers and would prefer it if you would smoke in the garden.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Warm Regards,

  • I stayed in Aaron and Stephen's attic room for a week while I was working in Leeds. I found Aaron and Stephen to be warm and welcoming hosts. Their home was the same. It was lovely to stay somewhere that felt like a home rather than somewhere impersonal such as a guest house The photos on the listing are accurate and the room is very comfortable. Although I didn't get to see much of Leeds while I was there, Aaron was an invaluable resource for tips on where to go and what to do in Leeds when I eventually get the time to explore. The house is a short walk away from local shops and the bus stop to get a bus straight into the centre.

  • Had a lovely stay with jane and mr scruff in beechwood terrace. The house is very clean and has some really interesting touches, my room was at the top of the house with lovely wooden floors and lots of light. Jane is an attentive and caring host, would never let me leave without breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

  • My stay at Aaron's was fantastic. The neighborhood was a quick bus ride from the center of the city. Aaron and his partner Steve made me feel at home, and even invited me out to a pub with them and their friends. I will definitely be returning!

Hello People, I'm an all-rounder and tend to get on well with most people. I have spent a great deal of time traveling around Asia, but more recently around Europe. I love to travel and always have my passport at the ready incase of a last minute impromptu trip abroad. I live with my partner, Stephen. We are quite sociable and welcome respectful people in to our home. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Keep smiling!
