About this listing

We offer free parking and the use of a local gym at selected times throughout the day.

The space

Lovely house close to the Leeds city centre.

* Please note that higher rates apply between Christmas and New Year

Our home was built in 1900. We have tried to retain some of the original features from each room and complement them with artefacts from around the globe.

We are very close to the city centre. 10 minutes on the bus or a short 25-30 minute stroll along the canal by foot.
We also have free parking available outside the house..

The house is clean and tidy. The kitchen is the heart of the home where you can usually find my partner and I or a friend chatting away.

The bedroom is an attic room with a small double bed. There is also the option to have a single bed placed in the room if required.

Breakfast is served in the morning. If you have to leave earlier than I wake, I will leave breakfast out for you or show you where things are kept so that you can help yourself. It's normally a choice of cereal, toast and preservatives, fruit or egg with toast.
Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements or restrictions because of religious believes and I will try to cater for you.

| A little about me |

Apart from spending a few years overseas, I have lived in Leeds all of my life. My partner and I are members of the National Trust and we're happy to share the hidden treasures that Leeds and the surrounding areas have to offer.

We are non-smokers and would prefer it if you would smoke in the garden.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Warm Regards,

Aaron

I have only good things to say about my stay with Aaron and Stephen. They have a lovely house located in a quiet area very close to bus stops that will take you to the city center. But the best thing about staying in this house is the two people who live in it: Aaron and Stephen are both incredibly friendly and helpful; even the dog, Jerry, is charming. I had a very good time with them, joking around and laughing. They are so funny! And they are really good people too, helping you in every possible way. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Lovely Victorian Terrace with lots of character, its an easy walk into Armley Town Centre and a 5 minute drive into the City so convenient too. Aaron and Stephen were not staying at the place but provided very concise instructions on how everything worked etc and his Mother Jayne popped in from time to time to check all was okay. Couple of big bonus's for us were the log fire..very cosy and the co-host Jerry..must be the cutest and friendliest dog we have ever met! My wife cried when she had to leave him..really!

Everything was as it is described in the advertisement. We felt like home because hosters are very nice and close. They helped us as much as they could. The house is big enough to spend the time you want and the manner was perfect. We highly recommend it!

Aaron and Stephen made me feel very welcome in the month I stayed in their (beautiful!) home. They were very friendly and their house felt very homely. I very much enjoyed my time spent with them, especially being welcomed home by Jerry every day and would recommend their home to anyone. Thanks Aaron!

Aaron and Stephen were really welcoming hosts! We were feeling absolutely like at home during our two weeks stay in their house. The guys are friendly and always ready to help. The house is located in a quite and green area near the parks where we took some nice walks and even saw a few foxes. I definitely reccomend anyone to stay at this enjoyable house!

Hello People,

I'm an all-rounder and tend to get on well with most people.
I have spent a great deal of time traveling around Asia, but more recently around Europe. I love to travel and always have my passport at the ready incase there is an opportunity to take a last minute impromptu trip overseas.

I live with my partner, Stephen and our Jackabee dog, Jerry. We are quite sociable and welcome open minded and respectful people in to our home.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and we'll hopefully see you soon!
