Lovely house close to the Leeds city centre.
* Please note that higher rates apply between Christmas and New Year
Our home was built in 1900. We have tried to retain some of the original features from each room and complement them with artefacts from around the globe.
We are very close to the city centre. 10 minutes on the bus or a short 25-30 minute stroll along the canal by foot.
We also have free parking available outside the house..
The house is clean and tidy. The kitchen is the heart of the home where you can usually find my partner and I or a friend chatting away.
The bedroom is an attic room with a small double bed. There is also the option to have a single bed placed in the room if required.
Breakfast is served in the morning. If you have to leave earlier than I wake, I will leave breakfast out for you or show you where things are kept so that you can help yourself. It's normally a choice of cereal, toast and preservatives, fruit or egg with toast.
Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements or restrictions because of religious believes and I will try to cater for you.

We are non-smokers and would prefer it if you would smoke in the garden.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Stayed at Aaron's for 3 weeks after moving to Leeds. The house is very well kept and made for a very comfortable stay.
Aaron was an excellent host, keeping the house very tidy and attentive to his guests throughout. He is extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and was always willing to help out with advice and suggestions which was great.
Both Aaron and Stephen made me feel very welcome and I would highly recommend their accommodation. Jerry was definitely the star of the house though!
Rented a room from Aaron for 12 weeks while I worked at the theatre in Leeds.
Aaron and Stephen were both very pleasant and easy going. House is ideally situated for getting into town easily. Would recommend
Aaron is a great host, very friendly and welcoming.
The house is cool - he clearly has a good eye for interesting design/decor - and his dog is also very friendly!
I didn't spend much time there, as I was out and about in Leeds a lot with a friend - there's loads to see and do.
I'd certainly stay again!
I spent 2 weeks in Aaron's place and everything was perfect. He waited for my arrival until midnight welcoming me in a really friendly way. I felt at home everyday, I had my privacy but I also shared nice moments with Aaron!
The house is really nice, the toilet is amazing (I already miss to take shower at his place); it is 10-15 min by bus from the main street in Leeds and the bus stop is close by so really easy. Extremely good quality/price ratio.
A big plus is Jerry, the funny dog :)
If one day I will stay in Leeds again I will definitely contact Arron! SUPER!
For this my first AirBnB experience, I could not have wished for a better host. By that of course I mean Jerry the celebrity dog, prize winner of the Harrogate Dog Show. He kept me company on the comfortable sofa in the living room with the only price being several games involving a well chewed tennis ball. His team Aaron & Simon have been clearly well trained to make guests feel completely at home. It is a beautiful stylish home and my room in the attic was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed the sound of the church bells. Where I live I get riots and sirens on a regular basis.
They were all incredibly kind, genuine with a great sense if humour. Loved the Scottish cultural reference placed in my room in recognition of Aaron & my own shared Heritage. Really touching and greatly educational. One would not get such service in the Premier Inn....
I felt completely at ease, which is a rare thing for me so thanks guys.
Aaron is the most attentive host! I felt most welcomed and comfortable immediately and really, really enjoyed my stay there. The atmosphere in the house is so amazing with all the eclectic pieces of furniture and collected items. As an archaeology student (where the emphasis is heavily on objects and their contexts), I really appreciated the energy that went into the decoration of the rooms. You can tell that Aaron put much thought into the structure and decoration of the rooms and house overall. And as a dog person I really loved being around their dog Jerry who is most adorable! Also, Aaron has a great taste in music! It pairs nicely with the colourful surroundings. You always hear some amazing playlists in the kitchen in the morning. If I ever need a break and holiday from my studies for a weekend, I would consider coming back in a heartbeat.
This accommodation is great! The house is clean and full of everything you need. Moreover, you can reach the city center in 10 min by bus.
Aaron and Steven are very nice and helpfull. They are always happy to give advices about where to go and what to do. Definitely, you can fell at home!
