Cozy bedroom in unique townhouse located in the Midtown district in the heart of the city! Convenient location less than 1 mile from downtown, 2 miles from the Museum District, and 3 miles from the Med Center. This townhouse is also within a few miles of the universities. There is a metro-link rail within a 10 minute walk, and the bus stop is just around the corner less than a minute walk away.

You can also rent a bike down the street at the neighborhood park!

Private bedroom in a unique modern design home, open concept living room, and tranquil outdoor patio close to everything the vibrant Midtown district has to offer.

Amenities include:
Private living quarters on first floor of townhouse includes bedroom, walk in closet, private full bathroom, and extra flex room with kitchenette and office space exclusively set up for guests. Direct access to outdoor patio from bedroom.

The bedroom includes Apple and Roku TV, and high speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

This listing includes a separate study with mini fridge with freezer, microwave, utensils/plates, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee/tea and water, snacks, and office desk area with printer and scanner located next to bedroom.

Clean towels, soap, lotion, assorted toiletries and hair dryer in bathroom. Ear plugs also included in case of minimal noise on the weekend nights.

Iron, large ironing board, hangers, laundry basket located in walk in closet and washer/dryer units are located downstairs as well.

Large open concept second floor boasts a 4K-HD 60 inch TV with Netflix & Xfinity Cable (including HBO and OnDemand!).

In addition to the downstairs kitchenette, guests have full access to home’s updated kitchen and appliances with the exception of some storage areas that will be locked.

This house is located in the southeast part of the Midtown district, close to Montrose. During your stay you’ll be able to enjoy all the bars and restaurants that Midtown, Downtown, and Montrose have to offer within a quarter mile to 3.0 miles and a $5-$10 Uber ride. Houston destinations like museums, Discovery Green Park, Eleanor Tinsley Park, Buffalo Bayou Park, George R Brown Convention Center, Toyota Center, and BBVA Stadium are also all less than 2 miles away. Midtown City Council offers great free events every other Saturday that include free boot camp work out classes, free yoga classes, live music, and happy hours at a nearby park. Calendar of these events as well as others will be kept up to date in the flex space on the first floor.

I love traveling, food, being active and soccer - one of my favorite trips so far was going to see the 2014 World Cup in Brazil! Another one of my hobbies is exploring Houston and I am always trying to find the latest food, drink, music, art and outdoor activity events around the city. I started hosting August 2016 and use AirBnB for my travels as well. My travel bucket list includes Marrakech, Tokyo, and Amsterdam.
