Our Barndominium is close to the airport and public transport. 850 sq ft. of living space. 30 minutes to Salt Lake City, 18 miles from SL Real Soccer Stadium,5 miles from Real Training Center, 60 minutes from Park City/Sundance Film Festival and 1 hour from the Ford Racing School. Secluded ranch style setting. Open layout with private bath. Enjoy mountain views to the South and West with city lights to the East. 15 minutes to dining and shopping..

We are close to the Salt Lake County, Herriman, Riverton, Bluffdale and West Jordan Equestrian Parks/Rodeo grounds.
Minutes from great skiing, fishing, hunting, rock climbing, etc.

One of our guests comment:
Bill's Bardominium was amazing. I loved all the details and decorations of the loft. Bed was very nice and had an excellent stay. In the morning, I arose to a beautiful vista of horses, mule deer(a beautiful 4 x 4 monster buck) and a nice valley in the Herriman Foothills. I would recommend everyone give this spot a stay. If you are traveling from afar or just looking for a get away staycation, this is the way to do it.

We grew up in Upstate NY and love the Country life and animals. Moved to Herriman 8 years ago and built the barn for our horses and finished the upper level for our children to live in . Three out of our four have lived in the barn and when our last one moved out it was sad to see it empty. We have enjoyed getting to meet new people from EVERYWHERE !
