Welcome to beautiful Grand Island, NY! Our home has 2 private bedrooms, living room, 1 full bath and laundry room located on the main floor. We also have a basement game room—the perfect space for fun, laughs, and making memories.! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place!

The living room area features a comfortable sofa and seating, smart TV (55in), soft lighting, and windows that lets in natural light during the day. The room is cozy and inviting, designed with comfort and warmth in mind. Whether you're unwinding after a day of exploring Niagara Falls or enjoying a quiet night in, this space offers the perfect setting to recharge.

Our fully stocked kitchen is designed to make you feel right at home stocked with everything you need to cook & dine! Equipped with everything you need for cooking, dining, or a quick snack, it features: a refrigerator, electric stove and microwave. You'll find all the cookware, utensils, dishes, and pantry basics you need, plus dish soap, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.

The dining table seats four comfortably, making it perfect for meals, games, or casual work time.

You'll also find a spacious dresser for unpacking and staying organized, as well as a 55” smart TV so you can unwind with your favorite shows from bed. Inside the closet, we’ve provided extra pillows and blankets to make sure you’re as cozy as you’d like to be.

Our clean, functional bathroom includes a shower and tub combo, ideal for both quick rinses and relaxing soaks. We provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Essentials like toilet paper and toiletries are stocked so you can pack light.

Animals/Pets:

I take a lot of pride in my rental, so I am agreeing to be a pet friendly home, however please help me keep it that way. You know your pet best (chewers, aggressors, not potty trained, have separation anxiety)

Please bring crate if you plan on leaving your pet(s) unattended for an extended amount of time. You are more than welcome to bring a pet camera as well. There are also dog kennels available in the area.

There are a few requirements I do ask of you:
-You will be responsible to pick up the poop after your pet.
-No pets allowed on beds or furniture.
-Please use a dog blanket
-You are more than welcome to bring a pet gate.

An additional $50 fee for 2 pets will be charged per visit to cover the extra cleaning from pet hair. Thank you for understanding this extra
non-refundable fee. Again, If you do book with me, you will see an additional $50 added on to your total.
