This is a nice, comfortable, and cozy private bedroom in a four bedrooms apartment - two shared bathrooms. It has access microwave and refrigerator.
It is located in San Francisco in-between the Outer Mission and Crocker Amazon districts near Mission Street. Though the street and the area is very quiet .
If you are coming by public transit from SFO, you can take bart and get off at the Balboa Park Bart Station. My apartment is less than 1 mile away from the Balboa Bart station, and you can do a combination of short walks and short bus trips, or just take the 88 BART SHUTTLE bus and get (email hidden) & Guttenberg St. There is a No.-14 bus stop that is one block away on Mission St, which can get you straight to downtown through Mission St. I would recommend taking Bus-14X (express) - it is much faster. More public transportation (email hidden) & Geneva St.

Even though we didn't get a chance to meet Brandon in person, we all had a great time! He was very accommodating to a group of 4 and provided us with clean towels and complimentary water. Everything was just as Brandon had described which made checking in/out a smooth process. If you have a car, parking can be hassle, but considering that Brandon reminded us plenty of times, it was expected. Like Brandon had suggested, we made sure we found parking before 5-6PM knowing that everyone would come home from work during that time. The nearest BART station was about a 20 minute walk which wasn't all that bad and we were in a reasonable distance from doing all the things we wanted to do while in SF. If you're looking for something affordable, I highly recommend staying at Brandon's place.
Brandon was reactive and really helpful! The place is correct but just too wet!
The room was just like in the pictures. We slept really well there- nice and quiet environment. Brandon was good at communicating quickly with us. Satisfied with our stay here.
This is a great value for San Francisco. Nice neighborhood with lots of single family homes. Easy, safe walking distance to fun parts of Mission Street. The room is clean and the beds are comfy. Brandon is super professional and easy to communicate with.
